..Quick & Easy Recipe : Tiramisu, I Love You!..

Tiramisu, I Love You!
Hmm…. Time-time weather yang agak panas-panas, memang sesuwai sangatlah kalau dapat dessert yang tak berapa nak manis and sejuk-sejuk kan! So, apalagi.. marilah kita buat Tiramisu, I Love You. Dah lah senang and sedap laks tu… ;).

So, if you HEART Coffee, you should definitely give this a try. I love Coffee!

I still remember when I was younger I used to have ‘Nescafe Shake’ in the Blue coloured ‘Shaker’ that we got when purchase a bottle of Nescafe.

Put Nescafe, water, milk and ice then SHAKE IT AWAY! Memang setapsss lah sangat, ok? But, now dah tak dek dah the shaker…. :p.

Anyways, skang ni dah tak minum Nescafe dah sebab semenjak dua menjak dah ada Old Town Kopitiam, Starbucks, Coffee Bean dan sewaktu dengannya, Mocha and White Coffee lah pulak yang menjadi PUJAAN HATI KU ;).

Tapiiiii… kalau nak buat ‘Tiramisu, I Love You’ ni… I memang pakai Nescafe Classic.

So, meh ni I nak ajar cara-cara buat ‘Tiramisu, I Love You’ version murah. Why murah? Sebab ‘Tiramisu’ ni selalunya pakai ‘Mascarpone’ cheese and that ‘cheese’ will cost you like RM20 for just a 250gm tau!!

Actually, I found this recipe in the internet but tak ingat from where sebab memang dah berkurun lamanya I simpan this in my ‘Recipe Collection’ but seperti biasalah, kekadang tu modify ikut citarasa sendiri.

Ingredients
Cheesy Layer
250gm cream cheese
200ml whipped cream
150gm white sugar

Biscuit Layer
2 packs Lady Finger Biscuits
3 x bancuhan Nescafe Classic (1 cup with 1 tbsp of Nescafe)

Top Deco
Cocoa powder

Cara-cara:
  1. Beat cream cheese and white sugar. Mix well.
  2. Pour in the whipped cream and mix it all together.
  3. Put it aside.
  4. At a different bowl, take a cup of ‘air suam’ and put Nescafe Classic in it. Stir slowly.
  5. Dip the lady finger biscuits into the bancuhan Nescafe but try to avoid from dipping it in the Nescafe mixture for too long. Otherwise, the taste becomes very pahit and tak sedap lah pulak nanti kan!
  6. Then, you can start the layering by arranging your dipped biscuit on a baking tray, casserole or Tupperware.
  7. Pour the cheesy layer until all the biscuits are covered.
  8. Repeat step 6 and step 7 sampai all the biscuits and cheesy layer habis.
  9. Finally, you can sift the cocoa powder on the last layer of cheese.
Wallah, siap dah! Cam tak caya kan? Senang sangat tuh!!!

So, apalagi… boleh lah korang semua mencuba ;).
