..Quick and Easy Recipe : French Toast Ala Kopitiam..

Raining on a Sunday morning makes me and my hubby lazy to get up from our bed. Butttt, my girls and my boy is already up and making so much noise.

Hence, there’s no choice but to make breakfast. Otherwise, they’ll pester me, non-stop!! :p.

Mulut ni teringin sangatlah nak makan French Toast Ala Kopitiam and so, apalagi terus lah ke dapur and start cooking.

Ingredients :
2 slices of bread
Jiff Creamy Peanut Butter
1 Egg
½ teaspoon salt
Cooking Oil to Fry

Deco :
Butter
Honey

1. Spread Jiff Creamy Peanut Butter on the 2 slices of bread and put it together.
2. In a separate bowl, beat the egg with salt.
3. Dip in the bread into the beaten egg and fry it in a ready hot cooking oil.
4. Cook it until it’s golden brown.
5. Now, it’s ready to serve with Butter & Honey.
