..What did you have for breakfast?..

Hari ni breakfast I kan, apart from my Karipap and Kaswi, I have a very sweet dessert for breakfast. Wah! Pepagi lagi dah sweet gitu kan? Tapi, tak per… ini ala-ala sweet and sour, sedappppsss!!!

Hahaha... you guys must be wondering. Gosh! What is this? Hahahaha… yeah, the looks memang a bit deceiving kan???

Apple Crisp or Apple Crumble.

 
Yelahkan, asyik-asyik sandwich, kuih, sandwich, kuih so hari ni, kita kasi tukar sikit menu ;).

So, what’s the reason behind me baking Apple Crisp? My hubby bought green apples coz semenjak dua menjak ni dia dok minum jus green apple ni to DIET lah kononnya and red apples pulak adalah makanan kegemaran si Baby Adam Syafi but memandangkan ada lebih 3 biji epal hijau and 3 biji epal merah, maka terjadilah hidangan : Quick & Easy : Apple Crisp Recipe.

Nak resipinya? Senang saja.

Quick & Easy : Apple Crisp Recipe

3 biji epal merah & 3 biji epal hijau (peel and cut into thinly slices or as per liking)
Brown Sugar (as per liking as well – I main letak jer, main agak-agak, kalau nak manis letak ler lebih)
Cinnamon Powder (sikit saja tau – maybe dalam 1 teaspoon ker gitu)

Tepung/Flour
Mentega/Butter

Cara-cara:
1. Spread the sliced apple on the cake pan or baking pan or pie plate or your casserole.
2. Taburkan the brown sugar on top, celah-celah and segala tempat yang you suka.
3. Dash the cinnamon powder everywhere.
4. In a separate bowl, you mix butter and flour until it is all crumbled up. Selagi the mixture is very soft, selagi tu you keep on adding flour until you get the correct texture.
5. Once that is done, just pour it on top of the apples.
6. Wallah! Siap sudah untuk di bakar.
7. Bake it for 30-40 minutes in a 170 degrees oven or until the top is golden.
8. You can eat it just like that or better still with Vanilla Ice Cream.

Nyum. Nyum. Sehingga menjilat sudu, ok???

Aini kalau akak copy paste recipe tu, boleh kan? akak memang suka dessert. Ingat nak buat nanti. So, amik dulu recipe n masukkan ke draft. Bila akak buat nanti akak bg tau Aini.. Boleh ye.

Boleh saja... tapi, tu ler.. resipi tu nak kena adjust sendiri.. sebab Aini memang main letak secukup rasa jer semua.... ;).
