~Kuih Bangkit Babah~
Sebelum masuk oven - few years back :p
Keluar dari oven - few years back jugak :p
Ingredients
350 gram tapioca flour
150 gram icing sugar
20 gram butter
1 egg yolk
130 gram coconut milk
¼ teaspoon baking powder
Method/Steps
Steps 1 : Heat the tapioca flour in the oven for +-20 minutes.
Steps 2 : Beat the icing sugar, butter and egg yolk.
Steps 3 : Add in the coconut milk and continue beating.
Steps 4 : Mix the baking powder with the heated tapioca flour.
Steps 5 : Add in bit by bit the flour into the coconut mixture until it becomes a dough.
Steps 6 : Finally, shape it up into your favourite shapes and sizes.
Steps 7 : Bake it with the temperature of 150 degrees until it’s a bit yellowish at the bottom of the biscuit.
